He focuses his practice on defense litigation, including the representation and counseling of corporations, insurance carriers, large retailers and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His areas of concentration include premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction/labor law, personal injury, and elevator/escalator accident litigation.
Prior to joining Chesney, Nicholas, & Brower LLP, William served as an attorney for the in-house law firm of a New York-based insurance company for over a decade. Before serving in that capacity, William was an associate with a general practice firm, handling all aspects of litigation involving claims for personal injury, including appellate and trial practice.
William received his Juris Doctor Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1999 and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Siena College in 1996.
