Lee Heit

Lee has more than thirty years of experience in civil tort litigation. She has handled cases from inception to trial focusing extensively on personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, premises litigation and municipal liability.

Lee was formerly with a large personal injury firm for over eight years when she opened her own practice focusing on personal injury matters, contract disputes, transactions real estate matters, family law and landlord/tenant actions.

Lee has worked “of counsel” to many law firms assisting them in all phases of personal injury litigation representing municipalities, motor vehicle accidents and
uninsured/underinsured motorist benefits.

She has now joined our firm and handles general negligence and personal injury matters including municipal liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability as well as all phases of general defense.
