Angela P. Pensabene

Angela has more than 25 years of experience in defense litigation, from inception to trial. She has extensive experience defending high-exposure construction accident/Labor Law cases, motor vehicle accidents, premises accidents, agricultural accidents, contract actions, insurance disputes, and appellate matters.

She was formerly a litigation associate at law firms in Manhattan where she represented residential and commercial property owners, shopping centers, municipalities, sewer districts and police departments. She is admitted to practice in New York and in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
