Mitchell Goldklang

Mitchell Goldklang is an experienced trial attorney at Chesney, Nicholas & Brower, LLP.

Mitchell joined Chesney, Nicholas & Brower after serving at a small boutique firm on Long Island where he handled commercial litigation both representing and defending individuals and corporations in various disputes involving contracts, defamation and class actions.

Mitchell successfully defended a Village Mayor at trial from claims of race and gender discrimination and successfully tried a lawsuit against home developers who were found liable to homeowners for fraudulent concealment and misrepresentation. Mitchell also successfully tried numerous cases defending and prosecuting actions involving personal injuries. His experience includes construction accidents, premises liability, vehicular negligence, insurance disputes and municipal liability.

Prior to working on Long Island, Mitchell was a public defender before working as an associate and Partner at a large insurance defense firm in New York City.
