Stephen Morello

Stephen defends physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers against claims of malpractice. He also represents corporations, municipalities and individuals for claims of general negligence and violations of New York State Labor Law.

In addition, Stephen has over twenty years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, purchases and sales of businesses as well as leases. He has successfully represented and counseled purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants and lenders in numerous transactions, many involving multi-million dollar issues.
