Timothy F. Mazzara

Tim is a partner in the firm and a senior trial attorney. He has more than 38 years of experience in personal injury and insurance defense litigation. He is rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest attorney peer rating they award, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers for excellence in defense litigation in the New York Metro area for several years. He has successfully defended clients in a wide variety of matters, often involving catastrophic injuries.

He has numerous successful jury trials and verdicts to his credit and a highly successful record at the appellate level. His attention to detail and focus on providing high-quality legal services have earned him top marks in client satisfaction. He lectures to insurance companies on a variety of issues, including the defense of construction/New York State Labor Law cases. Tim is a member of the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a former Co-Chair of the Insurance and Negligence Defense Commit tee of the Suffolk County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New York State and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York.
